Description:
HyerTek is seeking a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to build custom portal solutions and case management systems for federal government clients. This role focuses on Power Pages portal development integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Service configuration — with real development work, not just drag-and-drop.
You'll write C#, TypeScript, and React to extend Power Pages beyond out-of-the-box capabilities. You'll build PCF controls, custom web templates, and integrate D365 with portal experiences. If you want to do actual development on the Microsoft stack — not just configuration — this is the role.
Requirements:
Build custom Power Pages portals with Liquid templates, JavaScript, and custom CSS
Develop PCF controls using TypeScript and React
Write C# plugins and custom workflows for Dynamics 365
Configure D365 Customer Service (cases, queues, SLAs, routing rules)
Integrate Power Pages with Dataverse and D365 using Web API
Build Power Automate flows for notifications and process automation
Design Dataverse data models and security architecture
Required Qualifications
5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
Strong C# development skills (plugins, custom workflows)
TypeScript and React experience (PCF controls)
Hands-on Power Pages portal development (Liquid, JavaScript, Web API)
D365 Customer Service configuration experience
Comfortable working independently in federal environments
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MB-230)
Experience with Azure DevOps and ALM for Power Platform
Federal or DoD project experience
GCC High or IL5 environment experience
Experience with CAC/PIV or EAMS-A authentication
Clearance \& Work Authorization
This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance. Salary Range
$145,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience and clearance status.
