Description:
HyerTek is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 for federal government clients. This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering reliable, secure, and well-structured applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.
You'll work alongside architects, senior developers, and business analysts to implement solutions that meet functional requirements and federal security standards. This role is ideal for a developer with solid Power Platform fundamentals who is ready to take on more complex work while growing within an established technical direction.
Requirements:
Develop Power Apps (Model-Driven) applications using Microsoft Dataverse
Build and maintain Power Pages sites for external and internal users
Configure Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Service including entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
Create Power Automate flows to automate business processes
Implement Power Fx logic and support performance optimization
Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs
Support Power BI reports and dashboards tied to Dataverse data
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365
Contribute to technical documentation and participate in Agile development activities
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
Working knowledge of Power Fx and Dataverse data modeling
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Service configuration
Experience with Power Pages development
Proficiency with JSON and at least one scripting language (JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#)
Experience working within Microsoft 365 environments including SharePoint
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with guidance from senior team members
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Azure services and REST API integrations
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and source control concepts
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service features (case management, queues, SLAs)
Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI Builder
Experience supporting solutions in federal or regulated environments
Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Clearance \& Work Authorization
This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance. Salary Range
$110,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience and clearance eligibility.
