Your role
You’re someone who…
Has no fear of starting new conversations and building connections.
Understands client needs and knows how to translate them into powerful solutions.
Spots opportunities with both new and existing clients and knows which leads are worth pursuing.
Has a passion for business development and identifying new growth opportunities.
Feels motivated by placing the right experts in the right roles.
Works in a structured and organized way, with a natural, open personality.
Builds long-term client relationships based on trust and proactivity — always a step ahead of potential needs.
Works independently but also thrives as part of a team.
Your skillset
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles such as account management or business development.
Experience in recruitment, headhunting, and/or business development.
Strong leadership skills to close deals and balance both financial and human perspectives.
An independent, proactive mindset, ready to take ownership and help shape our sales strategy.
Experience or affinity with IT solutions.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
