Product Manager – Offline Payments / POS Solutions
Location: Singapore
We’re hiring a
Product Manager
to lead innovation in
in-store and offline payment solutions
— shaping how merchants accept card and contactless payments.
You’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from strategy and design to delivery and optimization, ensuring world-class reliability, security, and user experience across terminal and acquirer integrations.
What you’ll do:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for
offline and in-store payment solutions
, including EMV-compliant terminals and Tap-to-Pay systems.
Design and enhance
transaction flows
(sale, void, clearing, settlement) and ensure compliance with EMV L3 certification and PCI P2PE standards.
Collaborate with
terminal vendors, acquirer partners, and security providers
to deliver integrated and high-performance solutions.
Lead
market and competitor analysis
to shape product strategy and roadmap for next-gen offline payment products.
Define and monitor key metrics - e.g. payment success rate (PSR), transaction performance, and merchant satisfaction - to drive continuous optimization.
Work with cross-functional teams across product, tech, operations, and risk to ensure smooth delivery and merchant success.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience in
payment product management
, with deep hands-on experience in
EMV, POS software, or acquirer integration
.
Solid understanding of
payment technology
, including ISO 8583 messaging, transaction routing, terminal security (HSM), and payment channel integration.
Experience managing
terminal management systems
or device lifecycle operations is a strong plus.
Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Proven ownership and delivery capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Bilingual English and Mandarin is required
, given the need to work closely with Mandarin speaking technical teams.
