Your Tasks:
Design and implement automation solutions and technical systems across various business functions
Build and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and database systems
Develop AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation tools
Manage and optimize tools within our tech stack
Support teams on custom automation projects and technical challenges
Work on solutions involving data extraction, financial modeling, and analytics
Contribute to website development and management of digital presences
Document systems, track performance, and support technical initiatives
Your Profile:
Genuine interest in tech, business processes, and how technology can drive efficiency. You're curious about how companies operate and how automation can make a difference
Inventive spirit and creative problem-solving. You love finding solutions, see manual processes and think "this could be automated"
Demonstrable project track record with databases, API integrations, AI systems, and automation (we would love to see your GitHub, portfolio, or project examples)
Educational background in Computer Sciences or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
Comfortable with at least one programming language and version control
Natural problem-solver and quick learner who balances speed with maintainable solutions
Entrepreneurial attitude with personal drive and initiative
Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out when the path isn't clear
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English (working language); German is a plus
Valid Austrian work permit
Valuable Extras:
Experience with automation frameworks or business automation tools
Familiarity with data systems and technical infrastructure
Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and compliance
Technical mindset with affinity for business dynamics and consulting environments

The minimum gross annual salary according to the Austrian collective agreement applies. We offer a competitive overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
