As Regional Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, your mission is to strengthen IBA’s market presence, support regional commercial teams, and drive awareness of proton therapy and IBA’s brand across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
You’ll be instrumental in executing IBA’s marketing communication plan at the regional level, working closely with sales, product management, clinical experts, and global marketing to ensure alignment and impact.Challenges we trust you with
Your role is to lead regional marketing initiatives: digital campaigns and content, events, trade shows, and customer engagement.
Digital Campaigns \& Content Marketing
Develop localized evidence-based marketing materials supported by clinical data and customer outcomes
Adapt global campaigns to regional needs and audiences (clinical, technical, economic)
Promote IBA’s Unique Value Proposition and differentiators in the EMEA market
Collaborate with global marketing to ensure consistency and relevance
Events \& Tradeshow Management
Organize and manage IBA’s participation in regional trade shows and conferences
Coordinate external events across EMEA
Handle logistics, budget, supplier coordination, and asset creation
Brand Consistency \& Collaboration
Ensure all marketing deliverables align with corporate branding and communication guidelines
Build strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Report on activities and provide recommendations to improve regional marketing performance
What we value
You have :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent through experience
1–5 years’ experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related industry
Proven success in digital marketing AND event management in an international B2B context
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Add Management, Canva,…
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally in regional teams
Experience working in an international environment, with a willingness to travel up to 10% across the EMEA region.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus
