Job Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management; Responsible for ensuring the revenue targets through Online and digital marketing are achieved, shared responsibility of overall MF revenue targets along with segments
- Business Analytics; Responsible for analysing internal and external trends in Mutual Funds industry \& provide recommendations. Identifying business approach that addresses segment/customer level product fitment based on financial needs/trends/triggers.
- Online Marketing; Strategize, plan marketing activities \& for customer activation, achieve up-sell and cross-sell targets for DIY customers
- Coordination with Principal; Responsible for coordination with Asset Management Companies for empanelment, ensuring availability of their products, pay-out negotiations and achieving revenue targets from their marketing activities through online channel.
- Product Training; Responsible for training of sales force on Mutual Fund products and website features
- Inter-departmental Management; Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including Marketing, Technology, Projects, Operations, Compliance \& Research to ensure continuous customer engagement and improvement in customer experience.
- Compliance – track all regulatory changes and governing guidance’s, asses, understand and define the impact and manage transitions to be complained.
- Info-Security – Be completely aware on all info-security protocols for product team and be fully compliant.
Skills required:
Having sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Equity \& Fixed Income Markets
- Candidate should possess excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and also preferably macros.
- Should have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills; should be able to communicate effectively (for both oral \& written) with individuals at all levels.
- A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
