Position Overview
As a
Product Manager for Identity \& Access Management (IAM) Biometric Devices
, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of one or more strategic biometric product lines — from market analysis and product definition to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
You will serve as the key interface between technical, commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product-market fit and alignment with the business line’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy \& Vision
Define the product vision and develop the product roadmap in alignment with the business line strategy
Identify customer needs, market expectations, and innovation opportunities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Define product positioning in line with divisional strategy
Product Development \& Execution
Lead product development in collaboration with Innovation, R\&D, design, software, and operations teams
Develop marketing specifications and associated business cases
Ensure technical and commercial feasibility in partnership with engineering and marketing teams
Act as the primary interface with selected key suppliers
Product Launch \& Enablement
Prepare and support product launches (documentation, training materials, marketing assets)
Contribute to the development of appropriate marketing tools
Present products to customers, partners, and internal teams
Serve as the product reference point for sales and internal stakeholders
Lifecycle Management \& Continuous Improvement
Monitor product performance (KPIs, sales, margins, customer feedback)
Define and update the product roadmap in collaboration with R\&D and commercial teams
Manage product obsolescence and facilitate technology transitions
Propose corrective actions and product evolutions on an ongoing basis
Experience \& Skills
Experience in the security and access control industry is highly desirable
Strong expertise in market analysis and product roadmap definition
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in international environments
Comfortable communicating in English with global teams, customers, suppliers, and partners
Experience in biometric technologies or enterprise security solutions is a strong advantage
