Summary:

This role will lead the strategy, design, and lifecycle management of iHealth’s Unified Care Program products, ensuring each solution delivers measurable impact for patients, providers, and partners. This role drives the product vision, roadmap, and execution across web, mobile, and data platforms, aligning technology innovation with business goals and user needs. Working closely with engineering, clinical operations, and business teams, the Director ensures that products are conceived with clarity, built with quality, and launched with purpose.

Job Description

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—shaping concepts, validating needs, guiding design and development, and driving continuous improvement.

Translate care pathways and operational processes into scalable, configurable digital product solutions that streamline delivery and support diverse clinical workflows.

Champion the use of AI and data-driven insights to personalize care experiences, optimize workflows, and enhance clinical decision support.

Direct the design and evolution of Unified Care’s products (web, mobile, and portal), ensuring cohesive experiences and measurable outcomes.

Partner with engineering and care teams to deliver innovative, high-quality, and compliant solutions at scale.

Use analytics and performance metrics to evaluate product success, inform roadmap decisions, and drive growth.

Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and customer pain points to inform product innovation.

Lead a team of product managers and designers focused on delivering exceptional user and business value.

Establish product processes and standards that accelerate delivery and maintain alignment across the portfolio.

Communicate product progress, vision, and impact to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, healthcare, or business; advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams.

Strong background in healthcare technology or digital health, with hands-on experience in care delivery, population health, or connected device ecosystems.

Proven success in directing digital product portfolios, preferably in digital health, telehealth, or connected care environments.

Strong understanding of healthcare technology, interoperability (FHIR, HL7), and regulatory standards (HIPAA, FDA).

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into product plans and deliver on schedule.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
