Job Description:
Lead and participate actively in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of robotic systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
Oversee the integration of robotic systems with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial automation infrastructure, ensuring interoperability and reliability.
Conduct site visits for the installation, calibration, and validation of robotic systems, providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
Perform rigorous system testing, including performance tuning, stress testing, and validation to meet quality and performance benchmarks.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance guidelines.
Identify and implement improvements in robotic systems to enhance performance, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with IT to develop and modify control algorithms, write and debug code for robotic applications using languages such as Python, C++, and ROS.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in robotics/automation applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and implement effective solutions.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with hands-on fabrication techniques using tools like mills, drills, and lathes is advantageous.
Proficiency in robotic programming languages and CAD software like Solidworks.
Experience with PLC programming.
Strong understanding of control systems and industrial automation.
Hands-on experience with robotic platforms.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
