We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Product Manager
to lead the development and optimization of our clinical
Back Office platform
. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, scalability and quality in the way our orthodontists and support staff deliver world-class care. You will work cross-functionally with other product managers, clinical teams, operations, engineering, and design to define and execute a product strategy that supports both business growth and outstanding patient outcomes.
Key tasks:
Own the product vision
, strategy, and roadmap for the Clinical Back Office system.
Partner with
clinical, operations, and engineering stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities;
Translate complex clinical and sales requirements
into clear product specifications and user stories;
Drive end-to-end product development:
discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration;
Define and track success
metrics
focused on clinical efficiency, accuracy, and scalability;
Provide the best user experience
for internal clinical staff, ensuring tools are intuitive and impactful;
Foster collaboration
between cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around shared goals;
Identify opportunities
to leverage AI, automation, and data insights to improve clinical decision-making and reduce operational overhead.
Requirements:
Experience
: 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or sales-focused platforms. Experience with clinic or operational management systems is a plus
Strong background
in building B2B or internal-facing platforms.
Proven ability
to translate complex workflows into streamlined digital solutions;
Analytical Skills
: Data-savvy with experience in leveraging analytics tools to drive decisions and measure product success
Collaboration Skills
: Proven success working with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment
Agility
: Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to pivot as business needs evolve
Tech Know-How
: Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Nice to have:
