Job description
The position AI/ML Engineer look at candidate with strong research capabilities and hands-on experience applying machine learning, deep learning, and AI techniques to real-world projects.
Skilled in transforming research ideas into production-ready solutions, combining algorithmic innovation with solid engineering practices.
Experienced across NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent system design, with a focus on scalability, performance, and collaboration. Research \& Innovation:* Conduct applied ML/DL research, evaluate new algorithms, and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into practical AI solutions.
AI/ML System Design: Develop and orchestrate intelligent agents, AI systems, ML systems for real-world use cases in predictive modeling, computer vision, and chatbot.
Model Development: Build, train, fine-turning, and optimize ML/DL models for NLP, computer vision, transformers, and analytics with focus on scalability and performance.
Data Engineering: Create and manage data pipelines, perform preprocessing, feature engineering, and continuous model evaluation.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions and provide technical guidance on model capabilities and limitations
Your skills and experience
At least 2+ years of experience as an AI Developer.
Solid knowledge in AI development, covering ML/DL model design, LLMs, and AI system integration.
Skills in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, with experience in computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
Strong data engineering background using LangChain, and FAISS for RAG and hybrid AI workflows.
Skilled with GPT-4, Gemini, and other open-source models - afine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying to production.
Experienced in developing AI-driven applications or projects (chatbots, recommendation engines, virtual agents)
Committed to research and innovation, applying the latest ML and DL techniques to practical solutions.
Must have MLOps and software engineering skills: Python/C#, Git, Docker, Cloud, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; contributor to agile, cross-functional teams.
Language: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
