Our Vision: To be the most admired retail technology company. Job Summary: As an Associate / Product Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution owning not just the “what” but also the “how.” You’ll be responsible for designing workflows, creating screen mockups, and making product decisions that align with scalable architecture and long-term platform principles.
This is a 0-1 builder role, ideal for a technically strong PM who enjoys shaping system architecture, crafting product experiences, and collaborating closely with engineers to bring complex warehouse operations to life. Key Responsibilities:
Lead product discovery and development for WMS-2 core and workflow modules, including entities like Inventory, Orders, and Tasks etc.
Translate warehouse operations and enterprise SOPs into well-structured, scalable workflows and UI mockups using tools like Cursor or vibe-based prototyping.
Collaborate deeply with tech leads to make architectural trade-offs that balance configuration, performance, and maintainability.
Take a strong stance against short-term feature requests that compromise architectural integrity or platform scalability.
Own product documentation, PRDs, APIs, workflows, and screen flows, and ensure end-to-end clarity for engineering teams.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery in close coordination with engineering.
Deliver internal and client demos, explaining product workflows to sales, customer success, and enterprise clients with clarity and confidence.
Participate in roadmap planning, balancing new feature velocity with tech debt reduction and platform stability goals.
Contribute to the design and rollout of AI-powered capabilities such as smart put away, pick path optimization, and exception detection.
Requirements
2–4 years of software engineering experience, ideally in backend or full-stack development.
1–3 years of product management experience in SaaS, logistics, or B2B platform environments.
Proficiency in writing PRDs, defining API contracts, and collaborating with developers on architecture and performance.
Comfort with creating UI mocks and workflow diagrams without a dedicated design team.
Strong understanding of scalability, modular design, and technical debt management.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present roadmaps, host demos, and align diverse stakeholders.
Good to have:
Experience in building or operating WMS, OMS, or ERP systems.
Exposure to workflow orchestration, microservices architecture, or configurable rule-based systems.
Experience designing and explaining complex operational systems to non-technical users.
Hands-on familiarity with Figma, Cursor, or any prototyping tools for functional UI/UX.
