Your role

Indeed is looking for an experienced Agency Account Manager to develop and grow our Poland + Eastern European region through a partner play. We are looking for a solid channel sales professional to build solid relationships and drive revenue with potential \& existing partners in Poland such as media agencies and HR tech companies. An exceptional candidate will have excellent communication skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of the fastest growing internet company in the recruitment space. The applicant should be experienced in managing partners’ relationships also at C-Levels, focusing on developing new business as well as managing existing deals.

Responsibilities Build trusted advisor relationships with partners through a deep understanding of the market, focusing on all the stages of a relationship, from recruiting to enabling, from setting targets to jointly managing customers and prospects deals

Drive growth from our partners through solution selling across all lines of our product portfolio

Prospect revenue opportunities with Partners and build a pipeline to reach quota

Develop detailed operational plans with partners to include sales targets, GTM strategy, marketing and enablement plans

Analyse and present monthly analytics reports to Partners and advertisers

You’ve been successful in previous roles like: Senior Partner Manager, Key Account

Manager, Enterprise Sales, Global Sales and Sales Manager, preferably in a matrix organisation managing a portfolio of different solutions

Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking

Skills/Competencies

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience

A demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and grow business relationships successfully, with an emphasis on sales and partner processes, including deep experience in managing relationships with C-Levels

Passion to hunt, educate and sell recruitment and Employer branding solutions in a dynamic marketplace, using a Consultative Approach moving from a tactical to a strategic, long term relationship

The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly

Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills in Polish and English

A metrics-oriented, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to qualify, position and close

Proven ability to build and maintain solid relationships

Internal Eligibility

You must currently be an Account Executive within the Polish Team at Indeed
