Backend Developer (Python)
Experience
10+ years of experience in backend development using Python
Primary / Mandatory Skills
Strong programming expertise in Python
Experience building API endpoints using Flask, Django, or FastAPI
Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio)
Experience with logging frameworks and monitoring using Datadog
Knowledge of API management/testing tools such as Postman or MuleSoft
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
Strong communication skills with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Good to Have Skills
Experience with NumPy and Pandas
Exposure to AWS services, especially S3
Experience with gRPC
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with good business understanding
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
