About The Role
We're seeking a
Senior Data Engineer/Analyst
to join our Retail Insights team, with a focus on compliance-driven initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights, drive campaign performance, and support regulatory compliance efforts using cutting-edge tools and platforms.
You’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality data solutions that enable smarter decision-making across retail and compliance functions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience working with Python for data processing and automation
Hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments
Exposure to Databricks and large-scale data platforms
Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
You’ll be at an advantage if you also have:
Experience in banking or financial services environments
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance reporting projects
