We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in PrimeFaces, Java 8, Java Batch, and DB2 to support ongoing development and maintenance of our current Eligibility Technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the existing stack and a forward-looking mindset to support future migration initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Perform development and maintenance activities on the current Eligibility Tech stack (PrimeFaces, Java 8, Java Batch, DB2).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.
Provide support for production issues, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.
Participate in discussions around technology migration and modernization.
Contribute to architectural planning, design, and implementation of future state technologies.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with PrimeFaces and Java 8.
Proficiency in Java Batch processing.
Experience with DB2 database.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Vue.js or other front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of SQL on Azure.
Hands-on with Spring Boot.
Exposure to cloud migration and modern technology stacks.

Location: Cary, NC (100% Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
