The Opportunity
As a Product Manager for Revenue Growth Management RGM you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing building and scaling our RGM Platform Suite for the Consumer Packaged Goods CPG industry segment
This role requires a unique blend of product strategy domain expertise in RGM and strong leadership skills to deliver solutions that help CPG clients unlock revenue growth through pricing promotions assortment and trade optimization
You will work closely with cross functional teams engineering design data science and consulting to define product vision roadmap and execution strategy
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in RGM processes CPG industry dynamics and digital product management
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the RGM Platform Suite aligned with business objectives and market needs
Collaborate with CPG clients and internal stakeholders to understand pain points identify opportunities and translate them into product features
Drive end to end product lifecycle ideation requirements gathering prioritization development launch and continuous improvement
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable user centric solutions leveraging advanced analytics and AI
Monitor industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies to ensure product differentiation and innovation
Establish KPIs and success metrics for product performance and adoption track and report progress to leadership
Act as a thought leader in RGM and CPG representing the product in client discussions industry forums and internal knowledge sessions
Ensure compliance with data security privacy and regulatory standards in product design and implementation
Technical Requirements:
o Minimum 3 years in Revenue Growth Management or Trade Promotion Management within the CPG industry
o Proven track record of building and launching complex digital products platforms
Strong understanding of pricing strategies promotion optimization assortment planning and channel management
Familiarity with RGM tools analytics platforms and AI driven solutions
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with ability to convert insights into actionable product strategies
