In the role of Senior Consultant, you will be expected to play a critical role in shaping the technical and solution direction of maintenance-related technology initiatives. This role will interface with clients and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components, particularly for
Predictive Maintenance
and
Asset Health
solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:
Must be able to provide technical guidance across projects developing asset health and predictive maintenance capabilities.
Should be able to lead end to end solution design and implementation for
Maintenance
application projects.
Estimate for managing deliverables based on requirements
Ability to design and develop algorithms for generative models using deep learning techniques.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems.
Work with a global team in agile environments.
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
At least 6 years of relevant experience as a full stack developer
Domain knowledge in
Asset Management
within
mining
, manufacturing, or other asset‑intensive industries.
Exposure to advanced analytics platforms and technologies, including
machine learning, SageMaker (or equivalent), Python, and SQL
.
Expertise in designing system integrations using
APIs, middleware, event streaming, or microservices patterns
.
Experience in
cloud architecture and engineering
, preferably on
Microsoft Azure
or AWS.
Experience or familiarity with
enterprise AI solutions
, including
RAG architectures
and in‑house AI model integration.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in machine learning and deep learning algorithms
Highly experienced with CI/CD pipelines

Prior application development experience in mining operations.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Knowledge of Agile software development and project management
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
