Job Description

Responsibilities Work towards production support environment for IDAM Scope of work. Would be taking care of day to day production support tasks, Ability to work with business stakeholders, Architect, Infrastructure team, Application team and other Operations Team handling and resolving production issues and incidents. Ability to contribute to enhancement scope of work and executing changes from development to production environment following change management processes defined by customer. Take initiative to problem solve with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements.

Education

Skill/Competency Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

5-6 years of relevant experience in IDAM (Identity \& Access Management domain) platform

Minimum of 2+ years of Hands On experience on OKTA development and support scope of work

Okta Developer/support experience for the development and configuration of Okta along with integration with applications

Experience with provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation, and on-premise integrations

Experience with Enterprise Provisioning, Roles-based Access Controls, Single-Sign-On, external and internal federation, and systems integration, Compliance based Attestation and Re-certification

Experience with managing Okta Mastered Users, Application with Single Sign-On (SSO) and application provisioning

Experience with Integrating Okta with Active Directory Mastered Users and LDAP Master users

Experience with Implementation of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and configuring Universal Directory

Knowledge/skills in architecting Access Management / SSO / Federation systems in a large, complex organization

Thorough understanding of SAML specification, digital signatures, certificates management, and session management

Work in Agile environment

Understands the need to comply with coding and deployment standards

Take initiative to problem solve

Adaptable and flexible with ability to multi-tasking

Willingness to share knowledge and good working ethic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Experience working in financial and banking sector.

Preferred Skills
