Role Overview

Seeking Data Engineers to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on designing and maintaining data pipelines, supporting data warehouse solutions, and enabling scalable analytics capabilities while contributing to ongoing cloud modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes

Develop and maintain data models and data warehouse infrastructure

Support analytics and reporting platforms through efficient data integration

Collaborate with data analysts, BI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions

Participate in modernization and migration initiatives to cloud platforms

Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of data systems

Ensure high-quality data flow across multiple platforms and applications

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL development

Strong proficiency with Python and SQL for data processing and automation

Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics concepts

Experience supporting data pipelines and data transformation processes

Familiarity with AWS tools such as SageMaker or other AWS data services

Experience supporting modernization or migration initiatives

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

Experience with SAS or WebFOCUS for analytics and reporting

Exposure to machine learning workflows and AWS SageMaker integration

Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments

Experience with CI/CD pipelines supporting data engineering workflows

Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred)

Financial services or banking industry experience

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
