Job Description

About the Role

Imagine writing code that doesn’t just work—it makes a global impact. We're looking for a Data Scientist / Developer whose work will directly contribute to health, sustainability, and wellness innovations. From building robust data pipelines to developing intelligent systems, your contributions will enable personalized health solutions, clean water technologies, and sustainable agriculture practices.

This role goes beyond technical execution—you'll build tools and insights that influence millions and leave a lasting mark on public health and environmental well-being.

If you’re looking for meaningful work that bridges advanced data science with real-world impact, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

Mission: Turn complex data into actionable insights and products that support global wellness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain real-time data pipelines across health, product, and commerce domains.

Develop knowledge graphs integrating biological, demographic, and behavioral data.

Leverage Bayesian models, causal inference, and predictive techniques to drive insights.

Translate research into scalable APIs, dashboards, and services.

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance projects in health tech, agriculture, and packaging.

Optimize supply chain and agricultural data for sustainability impact.

Automate research workflows and contribute to publishable data science output.

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience delivering large-scale ML or data systems end-to-end.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, stream processing, orchestration tools, and graph databases.

Deep understanding of Bayesian statistics, causal modeling, and probabilistic programming.

Strong engineering practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, etc.

Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with health, biomedical, or consumer data.

Experience in Graph ML, contextual bandits, or RL-based personalization.

Exposure to mobile analytics or App Store/Play Store optimization.

Background in hardware, IoT, or field deployments.

Skills in literature mining, marketing science, or uplift modeling.

What You’ll Gain

Purpose-Driven Work: Contribute to health, environmental, and wellness initiatives with real-world impact.

Cutting-Edge Environment: Work at the intersection of AI, health science, and product development.

End-to-End Ownership: Influence the entire product lifecycle—from research to deployment.

Global Reach: Collaborate with teams across India, the U.S., and international programs serving millions.

A Word of Caution (and Opportunity)

This isn’t your typical software job. It demands both depth and versatility—balancing research with production, and agility with discipline. But if you're excited by complexity, and driven by impact, this is the place to be.
