About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Data Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with BI developers, and business teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data for analytics and reporting, primarily using Azure and Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Work with Azure cloud services and Snowflake to manage data storage, processing, and retrieval.
Collaborate with data analysts and BI teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
Optimize SQL queries and data workflows for performance and scalability.
Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and governance best practices.
Assist in data modeling, schema design, and data integration across multiple systems.
Troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions to improve pipeline reliability.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL/ELT frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Snowflake.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and database design (star/snowflake schema).
Knowledge of Python, Spark, or other data processing frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with data governance, security, and monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Snowflake with Azure data pipelines.
Microsoft or Azure-related certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate) are a plus.
