Your Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for a defined service product group — from concept to launch and lifecycle management
Market \& Customer Insight: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and drive meaningful growth for the Services business
Strategy \& Business Case Development: Build compelling business cases, define pricing strategies, and develop product roadmaps aligned with company goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Finance to develop and deliver impactful service solutions
Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the rollout of new services, support internal enablement, and ensure successful adoption across global markets
Performance Monitoring \& Optimization: Define KPIs, track product performance, and continuously improve based on data and feedback
Your Profile
Technical degree with strong commercial understanding or business degree with solid technical background
Experience in product management, ideally within an industrial or power generation-related environment
Strong self-motivation, structured working style, and a hands-on mentality
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagement and product initiatives
