As Senior CSA Productivity Manager (m/f/d), you will shape and execute key service strategies for our global CSA (\=Contractual Service Agreement) fleet, driving customer satisfaction and financial performance. Leading a team of experts, you will own the productivity stream, resolve escalated planned and unplanned cases, and collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Your decisions will directly impact cost savings, operational excellence, and customer experience, making you a pivotal force in INNIO Jenbacher’s service success.

Your Responsibilities:* Lead and manage the CSA Productivity business, ensuring top performance across multiple teams and business areas
Drive strategic initiatives to optimize service productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Oversee the resolution cycle for escalated planned and unplanned cases, from initiation to engine handover, including commercial agreements
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement product improvements and innovative business solutions
Foster a high-performing team culture through attraction, retention, training, and development
Ensure continuous improvement in life cycle costs and service delivery
Represent the productivity function in regional and global forums, supporting planned and unplanned case management
Your Profile:
Bachelor´s / Master´s Degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, process, mechatronics, etc.) combined with commercial \& business administrative experience / HTL – mechanical, electrical, or industrial/business engineer with strong service experience in the energy sector
Very strong experience with service operations
Substantial professional service experience in the energy industry paired with strong commercial and technical background
Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Deep knowledge of Service Businesses, preferrable Multi Year Agreements
Strong technical background on reciprocating engines, BoP components, and detailed knowledge of Jenbacher products
Knowledge of CSA end to end lifecycle process and financial accounting
Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels
Independent, proactive, flexible work style paired with a hands-on mentality and a high say-do ratio
Ability to drive change in a challenging, volatile, and high matrixed business environment
Fluent in spoken and written German and English
