: Fully remote – must be willing to work PST hours

: 24 month contract (2 year contract) with opportunity for extension or FTE conversion

: $30\-32\.85/hr

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective decision\-making and problem resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in fast\-paced, dynamic environments
Highly detail\-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Excellent critical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting
Adaptable and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to navigate rapid change
Proactive and solutions\-focused mindset
Working hours must be in PST
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Proficient Excel experience
Experience with Smartsheet preferred
1\+ year experience working in a Project Management role
Experience working with ticketing software, ServiceNow preferred
Previous work from home experience
MS Teams and/or Zoom chat/meeting experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage supplies information across multiple databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Meet with clients to identify and resolve supply\-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
Research non\-reporting devices to identify issues; update records accordingly, including generating work orders for technicians to investigate and resolve device issues
Data comparison using multiple spreadsheets
Update and maintain supplies projects used in customer presentations and strategic meetings
Analyze and compare data from multiple spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity
Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, HP and Kaiser management, and senior executives to align efforts and support strategic business goals
Lead customer\-facing meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the customer regarding supplies issues
Ability to work independently by applying critical thinking skills
