We are looking for a DevOps for our client in Brussels.
Responsibilities :
Define and maintain standard CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), and Maven/Gradle.
Integrate Nexus Repository Manager for artifact storage and management.
Automate container builds with Docker and Helm charts.
Deploy and scale containerized applications on OpenShift.
Contribute to the standardization and automation of release processes, including branching and tagging strategies.
Collaborate with Digital Product teams to gather feedback, suggest improvements, and align on best practices.
Enforce security standards defined by integrating SAST/DAST scanning tools (SonarQube, Veracode, Trivy, Syft).
Maintain base UBI images and ensure regular application of security patches.
Manage secrets and credentials with HashiCorp Vault in compliance with enterprise security policies.
Implement centralized logging (ELK stack) and metrics collection (Prometheus, Grafana) according to enterprise standards.
Partner with developers and automation testers to optimize build, test, and deployment workflows.
Identify and resolve project-specific bottlenecks in build, test, and deployment processes.
Provide guidance to developers on integrating their products into the Digital Platform environment.
Expected skills and experience :
CI/CD \& Build Tools – Jenkins, Git (BitBucket), Maven, Nexus.
Containerization \& Orchestration – Docker, Podman, Helm, OpenShift (OKD/OCP).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, Ansible, Minikube
Security \& Compliance – HashiCorp Vault, Veracode, Trivy, Syft
Monitoring \& Observability – ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
Databases \& Messaging – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka (Confluent), Solace PubSub+.
Scripting \& Automation – Python, Bash, ksh, Perl
Collaboration Tools – JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams.
Agile \& Hybrid DevOps Model – Experience working in federated/centralized DevOps environments.
Problem-Solving \& Communication – Ability to bridge gaps between teams and drive project-specific optimizations.
Languages requirements :
– English – fluent – Must have
– French – Fluent – Is a strong asset
