Job Title: Data Analyst Specialist (Project Execution \& Trainer)

Role Summary
You will lead and execute data analytics projects end to end, and additionally deliver training sessions. For each project you handle, you will receive a fixed project‑based payout depending on its size/complexity. For each training session you deliver, you will receive ₹1,000 per session. You will be assigned at least six projects per month to execute, plus periodic training responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
Take full ownership of assigned analytics projects: requirements gathering, data preparation, analysis, model building (if needed), visualization, reporting, and insights.
Liaise with stakeholders (data sources, business units) to ensure clarity of scope, deadlines, deliverables.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of analytics outputs.
Estimate project cost/effort to determine payout; larger/more complex projects yield larger fixed payouts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with prioritization and time management.
Training
Deliver training sessions on data analytics tools/techniques (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python, BI tools, dashboards, etc.) to internal teams, clients, or external audiences as required.
Prepare training material: slide decks, exercises, case studies, assessments.
Gather feedback from trainees, improve content over time.
Maintain records of sessions delivered and attendance.
Collaboration \& Continuous Improvement
Work with senior management to assess project size, define payouts accordingly.
Collaborate with other analytics or training resources for shared best practices, standardizing templates, tools, etc.
Stay up to date with latest analytics technologies / tools / methodologies.
Compensation \& Payout Structure
Fixed project‑based payout: For each project, payment will depend on project size and complexity (i.e. more data, more deliverables, more stakeholders → higher payout). Payment delivered once the project is completed and approved.
Training session payout: ₹1,000 per session delivered.
Volume: Minimum six projects assigned per month.
Skills \& Qualifications
Strong technical analytics skills: e.g. SQL, Python/R, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), Excel etc.
Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle in analytics (from requirement gathering to final reporting).
Proven training or mentoring experience: ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
Excellent communication skills (written \& verbal).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
Attention to detail; quality assurance mindset.
Remote working discipline: self‑motivated, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
