A Product Manager is needed for a growing research organisation with a global B2B SaaS offering. This role is focused on developing new products, so is perfect for a candidate with a highly commercial mindset.
The company is cash positive with high margins and aims to grow 4x within the next 3 years, so the Product Manager will be key to delivering on product expansion, generating the all-important revenue. You will be working alongside 2 other product managers; each of you will have your own product portfolio, with the aim to eventually manage your own suite of products as the business continues growing.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in North Surrey (possibly with some flexibility). Free parking is available on site.
The Product Manager will:
Engage with customers, analyse the market and competition and identify opportunities for new products.
Own a product suite, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to delivery and in-life.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, executing leadership, etc.
Lead market research, speaking to customers and understanding their pain points.
Create business cases for new products, develop pilots and proof of concepts.
Work with the sales team to take to market.
Candidates for the Product Manager role must have:
Strong product management experience (4+ years) with B2B SaaS products.
Demonstrable commercial/growth mindset (e.g. entrepreneurship, developing new products, increasing revenue at previous company, etc).
Ability to wear lots of hats, as this is a small business.
