I-Talent is supporting our Client - a compliance SaaS platform designed to help organizations streamline their onboarding, KYC/KYB, and risk management processes. It's also a tool that helps corporate secretary firms streamline their work and management systems. Their mission is to simplify complex compliance workflows through technology — empowering businesses to stay compliant with confidence.
They are looking for a Product Owner cum Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our product delivery — bridging business objectives with technical execution to deliver scalable, high-quality compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of product and project delivery — from planning, requirement gathering, and prioritization to execution and continuous improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, developers, product designers, QA, and business development) to translate business goals into actionable project plans
Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and client needs
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with product designers to ensure product usability and intuitive experience.
Analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement of product performance and user experience.
Lead and motivate a development team of up to 5 members, ensuring alignment, accountability, and professional growth.
Ensure documentation, process transparency, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
5 - 7 years of experience in product or service planning, UX, or similar roles.
At least 5 years of experience in software development or managing software projects.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
A continuous improvement mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Savvy in using digital tools, applications, or website design.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).
Experience leading a team of developers (5+ members).
Experience in banking or fintech is a plus.
Range Salary: 50mil-60mil
