Our client is a fast-growing

HealthTech startup

, building the digital backbone of the global medical device industry. Their mission is to bring transparency, efficiency, and intelligence to a €600B market by connecting manufacturers, hospitals, and logistics partners through one unified platform.

Backed by over €2M in recent seed funding and already partnered with leading industry players, they're now preparing for their first large-scale clinic rollout before expanding across Europe. Their platform combines SaaS procurement, marketplace capabilities, predictive inventory management, and integrated orchestration across sales, purchasing, and production.

The Role

We're seeking a

Technical Product Manager

to join this ambitious team at an exciting inflection point. You'll act as the bridge between business, engineering, and clinical stakeholders-translating complex domain needs into a clear, actionable roadmap.

You'll work hand-in-hand with leadership, database specialists, engineers, and medical experts to guide development, shape strategy, and help build a category-defining product for the medical device ecosystem.

What You'Ll Do

Translate business and industry requirements into epics, user stories, and a structured backlog

Define and maintain the product roadmap (Pilot → National rollout → International scale)

Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility

Collaborate with engineering leadership on sprint and release planning

Maintain transparency and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders

Anticipate and shape user experience needs - from user journeys to early wireframes and prototypes

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS, HealthTech, or B2B platform environment

Strong technical understanding (comfortable working with engineers and data models)

Experience managing complex stakeholder groups

Excellent communication and documentation skills

A strategic mindset combined with a bias for action
