Java Developer with AWS

Key Responsibilities:
Lead onsite data extraction initiatives from complex enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project requirements .
Design, implement, and optimize DevOps pipelines, championing automation and CI/CD best practices for rapid, reliable deployment .
Leverage AWS services, including but not limited to RDS and S3, to architect and support scalable, secure solutions .
Develop robust Java solutions for APMS and Livelink integrations, serving as the subject matter expert for these platforms .
Work directly with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate technical updates, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives .
Provide strong onsite leadership, independently driving initiatives and mentoring team members toward successful project delivery .
Onsite Role Expectations
Take full ownership of onsite solution delivery, demonstrating strong leadership under minimal supervision .
Proactively engage with stakeholders—including technology teams, business users, and management—to ensure expectations are met and risks are managed .
Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving across cross-functional teams .
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline .
Minimum 8 years of experience in data extraction, DevOps, and software development roles within enterprise environments .
Deep expertise with AWS services such as RDS, S3, and related platform components .
Strong Java programming experience, with hands-on knowledge of APMS and Livelink .
Demonstrated proficiency in architecting and managing DevOps/CI-CD pipelines .
Proven onsite leadership and stakeholder engagement experience, with a self-driven, autonomous approach .
No frontend development experience required .
