A growing product led team in Dublin is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key digital product area focused on eCommerce and customer experience.
This role sits right at the centre of product, engineering, design and commercial teams. The focus is simple. Build better digital journeys, improve conversion and deliver features customers actually want.
It would suit someone who enjoys working close to the customer and can turn real user insight into clear product decisions.
The role
You will own a core digital product area covering web, mobile and eCommerce journeys.
Day to day you will:
Define and drive the product roadmap
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver new features
Analyse user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve CX
Improve digital journeys, checkout flows and conversion
Prioritise the backlog and manage delivery through agile teams
Use data, testing and customer feedback to guide product decisions
Work with marketing and commercial teams on growth initiatives
What they’re looking for
Product Manager experience in a digital or eCommerce environment
Strong understanding of online customer journeys and CX
Experience improving conversion, checkout flows or digital engagement
Comfortable working with product analytics and data
Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
Someone who is customer obsessed and commercially aware
