Senior Product Manager
to join their Melbourne-based team.
The platform sits at the heart of how enterprise customers manage and coordinate high-volume operational workflows across both digital and physical environments. While the business is backed by the scale and resources of a publicly listed Silicon Valley technology company, the local team operates more like a scale-up — small, highly collaborative, and focused on building new product capabilities from the ground up.

The Role
The Senior Product Manager will own a key domain within a complex enterprise platform, responsible for shaping product strategy and delivering capabilities that help customers manage critical operational processes more effectively.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to identify opportunities, define product direction and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes for customers and the business. The role spans the full product lifecycle — from discovery and problem definition through to delivery, launch and iteration — while working closely with customers to ensure the platform evolves alongside real operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Own a core product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product strategy and roadmaps
Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Data teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities
Work directly with enterprise customers to validate ideas and shape product direction
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritise opportunities and guide decision-making
Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate product progress, trade-offs and outcomes
Champion strong product craft, balancing technical feasibility, customer value and commercial impact
About You
4+ years experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, platform or enterprise software environments
Experience building or scaling complex digital products in ambiguous or fast-moving environments
Comfortable operating in early-stage or 0→1 product contexts where priorities evolve quickly
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions
Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
A genuine interest in building software that supports real operational workflows at scale
