AI Product & Practice Manager

What you will work on

Reporting into our Global Technology Director, we are looking for an experienced AI Practice and Product manager to lead our efforts on creating and deploying AI powered solutions.

This is a permanent position with some travel to Customer’s premises.

As our AI Product \& Practice Manager, you…

Develop and maintain an AI vision and strategy aligned to Itineris’ strategic plans and in collaboration with other senior leaders within Itineris.

Develop and maintain the AI Product Roadmap

Lead the AI Practice in delivering the AI powered solutions as per the roadmap

Facilitate collaboration with operational teams across Itineris Business units at all stages of the Product Lifecyle

Resolve dependencies AI team have on third parties; both internal and external

Manage the practice efforts to approved budgets and targets

Maintain and track the benefits case of AI based solutions

Develop the commercial and pricing models for the solutions

Manage organizational activities with respect to members of the AI practice (e.g. performance reviews, leave approvals etc).

What you bring

Master’s degree or equivalent through experience

Experience of leading product lifecycle from ideation to live customer deployments

Experience in the AI space

Knowledge of the Utilities, Telco sector is useful but not mandatory

Proven People Management and preferably coaching skills

Willing to be flexible in terms of travel

Team player with true problem-solving mentality and likes to take initiative

100% customer oriented and adapts swiftly to fast-paced and quickly changing environments
