Product Manager
with strong IT delivery affinity and extensive experience in
online journey testing
. You will bring a customer lens to every scenario and ensure that every journey works smoothly, end to end.
You will work alongside Customer Journey Experts, developers, a data analyst, integrators, and a project manager to build, test, and refine critical customer processes.
Your responsibilities include:
Building deep understanding of all relevant customer journeys and scenarios within Current Accounts and subscription products.
Preparing structured test plans and managing test data for new and existing subscription journeys.
Performing thorough end-to-end testing, coordinating with multiple teams, and documenting all findings.
Executing integrated tests with products and stakeholders involved in the subscription experience.
Ensuring effective defect management: identifying issues, documenting them clearly, and coordinating retests.
Improving the overall test strategy and advising on opportunities for test automation.
Supporting developers with technical testing when needed.
Ensuring quality from the start by closely collaborating with developers, analysts, and journey experts.
This role combines customer-centric thinking with product and test management.
You will safeguard the customer experience while navigating a large enterprise environment, making your impact felt across ING’s digital landscape.

Fluency in Dutch and English.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in acceptance and usability testing.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teamwork.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A highly structured, detail-oriented working style.
A proactive, collaborative attitude.
Preferably experience in a banking or large international environment.

Benefits
A 6-month contract with the option for extension.
A 36-hour work week.
A salary ranging from € 3.872,12 - € 5.725,00 (based on 36 hours and depending on experience).
Hybrid working, including allowances for home working and travel expenses.
Holiday allowance, 13th-month salary and a pension scheme.
