Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Developer who thrives on independence and is capable of managing a complete mobile ecosystem. Full-Stack Development: Design and deliver high-performance cross-platform apps (iOS/Android) using React Native*, ensuring seamless UI/UX and robust server-side logic.
Backend \& Infrastructure: Build and maintain secure APIs, databases, and cloud integrations (payments, notifications, analytics).
Deployment \& Operations: Handle end-to-end publishing on App Store and Google Play, ensuring 99.9% uptime and scalability.
Optimization: Continuously improve architecture, reduce latency, and introduce new frameworks to enhance quality
Your skills and experience
4–5+ years of professional experience in React Native and Mobile development.
Proven ability to build and maintain both frontend and backend systems independently.
Expertise in publishing and supporting live apps on major stores.
Fluent English communication skills (working with global leadership).
A self-motivated mindset capable of delivering high-quality work without constant oversight.
