About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our ITW Construction – Ramset \& RCS Shared Resource team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this field-based role covers the Auckland region, driving growth across our customer network.
What You'll Do
As our Territory Manager, you will:
Make a Difference: Drive profitable growth across your defined territory by developing key relationships with customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Innovate and Solve Problems: Identify opportunities to grow market share and deliver specification through strategic engagement and collaboration with the Engineering team.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams including project coordinators, marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Support strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills to solution-sell products and services.
Proven ability to deliver sales results through data-driven decision making and project forecasting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a mechanical aptitude and focus on customer value.
A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Construction industry experience (preferred).
