What you will do:
Immerse yourself in real factories and machines to understand production lines, signal drift, and physical system failures.
Design and ship robust models for predicting machine failures, detecting anomalies, and optimizing industrial systems in production.
Engineer real-time data pipelines and inference systems, ensuring low latency, high reliability, and explainability on the factory floor.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses a strong quantitative background with an MSc (or equivalent) from a top-tier university.
Is exceptional with time series, noisy signals, high-dimensional systems, and proficient in Python, data engineering, and ML/statistical modeling.
Has proven experience solving hard problems on elite engineering teams and is comfortable with real systems and consequences.
