Job description
Key Responsibilities: Strategy \& Lifecycle Management:* Define product vision and roadmap, managing the entire lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Technical Specification \& Client Liaison: Translate client requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
Engineering Guidance \& Evaluation: Provide technical direction to engineering teams through code reviews and performance evaluations.
Feasibility \& Design Coordination: Ensure technical feasibility of user interfaces in collaboration with design teams.
Performance Monitoring \& Communication: Track product performance and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
Education \& Experience: Bachelor’s in computer science/engineering, 5+ years in Fullstack developers especially in backend with highscale system, 2+ years as team leader and scrum master
Technical Skills: Proficient in backend (Go, Python, MongoDB, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and frontend technologies (React, Next.js, jQuery, HTML, CSS).
Management \& Soft Skills: Strong analytical, project management skills, and experience in delivering complex products on time.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; familiarity with high-traffic systems is a plus.
