Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries related to products, pricing, orders, delivery, and services.

Coordinate with production, planning, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.

Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems accurately.

Track customer complaints, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.

Provide order status updates and ensure proper communication with customers.

Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and customer data.

Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and communication protocols.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer support reports.

Maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times.

Required Skills \& Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Coordination and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of billing, order processing, or logistics (preferred)

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)

0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM / Sales Support

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
