Job Description

Identifies customer’s business needs, develop solutions and proposals to meet those needs; implement the defined business strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve sales target set by the company management.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed predetermined revenue objectives by cultivating sales growth opportunities with existing and new accounts to extend the marker share.

Develop long-term relationships with key contacts in assigned accounts and implement account management activities to build customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.

Implement specific marketing activities and assist senior management in providing principals with valuable market information necessary in the formulation of effective marketing plans to acquire target prospects.

Be partners with sales and technical support consultants to create best client-focused solutions and ensure effective implementations.

Keep current with our products release information, including sales materials, product features and competitive information to update new trend of market.

Through effective negotiation and consultative selling, achieve win-win results with customers that will provide the basis for strong relationships.

Investigate proactively \& regularly update market intelligence relating to assigned product and business area and keep Department Manager informed

Plan and forecast necessary inventory level for each product/business situation to ensure efficiency, reliability and optimized inventory level.

Coordinate and discuss with Suppliers technical \& commercial issues to develop business benefiting both parties.

Coordinate \& prepare for supplier visits, seminars, customer appointments by providing customer background and business activity details, highlight and prepare important issues and participate in Supplier visit and business discussions. Liaise with customers and suppliers on follow-up action.

Prepare annual sales \& profit forecast, provide projection to Department Manager for forecast and monitor of business plan.

Qualifications

Good skill of English

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Industry

At least 5 years solid experience within sales \& business development in Food Industry.

Technical background

Self-motivated, sales acumen, negotiating skills and can work independently.

Able to travel to upcountry
