Role
A senior java developer role with 20% support/analysis functionality
Develop and support the firm critical application platform covering the agile analysis/development/testing/ deployment/support software development activities along with other support teams
Cover the equity front/middle flow across Asia ETS/Cash/Swap markets
Daily communicated with the regional/global users/stake holder on the projects/initiatives
Minimum 5 years solid equity domain development experience
Business domain
Equity Front/Middle Office domain knowledge
In-depth equity Cash/DMA/ALGO/Program Trading/Facilitation flow knowledge will be welcomed
Electronica trading concept connected to Client Connectivity/OMS/Algorithm/Market execution will be essential
FIX protocol knowledge is required
Technology skills
Strong on Core Java, SQL, Linux shell, and scripting languages
Hands on experience with high-performance, in-memory, and high-availability technologies such as GridGain and Kafka etc.
Comfortable with design, analysis, coding, and training across various technical platforms
Knowledge on Python/AWS is a plus
Experience working in Agile environments or across the full project lifecycle
Soft skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within tight timelines
Self-motivated with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Detail-oriented and adaptable to change
Strong communication skills to effectively convey business and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Language
English fluency in writing/speaking is essential
