Role Objective
The Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for driving revenue growth, market presence, and customer acquisition across all group companies through structured, ROI-driven marketing initiatives. The role focuses on practical execution aligned closely with sales and operations, rather than brand-only activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute group-level marketing strategies
Drive lead generation and demand creation
Manage brand positioning and marketing communication
Oversee sales teams with pitch decks, product collaterals, and campaigns
Oversee digital marketing initiatives (website, SEO, campaigns)
Oversee Franchisee marketing
Track competitors, market trends, and pricing insights
Coordinate marketing efforts across group companies
Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
Key Performance Indicators
Lead generation and enquiry growth
Marketing ROI and cost efficiency
Sales support effectiveness
Brand visibility and consistency
Timely execution of campaigns
Candidate Profile
8–14 years of experience in marketing or growth roles
Experience handling multiple brands or business lines preferred
Strong execution and ROI-focused mindset
Comfortable working in promoter-led organisations
Compensation Structure
Fixed salary plus performance-linked variable
Variable linked to lead generation, ROI, and revenue support
Growth opportunity as the group scales
Role Growth
Based on performance, the role may evolve into a full Group CMO position with expanded authority and team ownership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
