We're a fast-growing and profitable startup building the defining company at the intersection of AI, apparel, and culture. We move at a blinding pace, operate in one-week release cycles, and are looking for a builder with a founder's mentality to join our core team. We are not iterating; we are inventing. If you're tired of big-tech bureaucracy and want to build a rocketship from the ground up, this is your call.
This is not a typical Product Manager role. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and growth-oriented product leader to architect the engine of our direct-to-consumer business. Your mission is to build a best-in-class e-commerce experience that is not just seamless but inherently viral.
You will own the customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase, optimizing every step of the funnel while engineering growth loops that turn our users into our most powerful acquisition channel. You will be pointed at our most ambiguous growth challenges and given the autonomy to transform our platform into a self-perpetuating, category-defining brand. Your performance will be measured by the product you ship and its impact on conversion, retention, and viral coefficient.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required in computer science of similar
6+ years of experience in product management
Deep E-commerce \& Conversion Expertise: You live and breathe e-commerce funnels. You have a proven mastery of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, personalization, merchandising, and checkout flow design. You know how to turn visitors into buyers.
Physical E-commerce Expertise: You understand the messy reality of atoms, not just bits. You have experience building products that involve moving physical goods, dealing with inventory, and the unique challenges of tangible commerce.
Instinct for Viral Growth: You understand the psychology of sharing and have a demonstrated ability to build products people can't stop talking about. You think in terms of growth loops, network effects, and referral mechanics, and can architect virality directly into the user experience.
Relentless Customer Obsession: You start with the customer and work backward, always. You are deeply empathetic and can translate user behavior and qualitative feedback into product features that create delight and drive organic growth.
Deep Technical Literacy: You have a Computer Science/engineering background or equivalent hands-on experience. You can hold your own in a system architecture discussion, understand personalization algorithms, read API documentation for fun, and debate front-end framework trade-offs with senior engineers.
A "Wartime" Owner Mentality: You are an independent, relentlessly resourceful operator. You have an obsessive bias for action and run through walls to get the job done. You see a problem, you validate it, you define a solution, you rally a team, and you ship it. End-to-end.
Proven Shipping Experience: You have a track record of shipping consumer-facing e-commerce or social products that have achieved measurable growth. You've been in the trenches and have the scars to prove it.
First-Principles \& Analytical Rigor: You are data-obsessed and can find the signal in the noise of user analytics. You can deconstruct a complex growth problem into its logical components and build simple, elegant solutions that move key metrics.
AI-Native Execution: You leverage modern AI tools to accelerate velocity and quality—from generating personalized UI mockups in hours to analyzing mountains of user feedback to find the next growth opportunity.
Exceptional Written \& Verbal Clarity: You can articulate a complex growth strategy to any audience, from an engineering stand-up to an executive business review. Your product specs are so clear they are impossible to misinterpret.
Preferred Qualifications
Startup DNA: You've worked at a seed or Series A startup or have tried to build your own thing.
Domain Passion: You have a genuine, demonstrable interest in AI, fashion, creator economies, or social commerce.
Design Acumen: You have a strong sense of UX and can work with designers to craft beautiful, intuitive products that people love to use and share.
MarTech Experience: You have experience working with marketing technology stacks (e.g., analytics, email, attribution, CRM).
This Job Is Not A Fit For You If...
You see product management as "CEO of the product." We are a team of servants to our users and our mission.
You are a "glorified project manager." Your job is to define the what and the why with extreme clarity, not just track the how.
You need months to research a problem or believe in long, multi-week release cycles. We ship in one week.
You feel your job is to "manage" engineers. Your job is to empower them with a clear vision and the context they need to build.
You are married to your roadmap and find it difficult to pivot when a better opportunity presents itself.
