Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Support business features supporting user acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchase scenarios.
Enable experimentation and rapid feature iteration through scalable backend solutions.
Ensure system stability and scalability under high user traffic.
Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, and code reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Java programming and Spring Boot.
Experience building or maintaining consumer-facing backend services.
Exposure to growth-related systems or rapid feature iteration.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large internet or e-commerce companies.
Familiarity with microservice or distributed system architectures.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
