This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives on architecting scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI systems while mentoring talented engineers to achieve technical excellence and client success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end process of developing and delivering a Gen AI-based solution that provides actionable insights from business data and supports decision-making.
Architect solution that ensures security and scalability.
Mentor team members to ensure the successful execution of AI projects.
Handle and process cloud/on-premises data.
Converting business requirements into solution designs and ensure reliable and scalable software product through design, development, and testing.
Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:

10 plus years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products.
Strong educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Skilled in data modelling, REST APIs, Microservices architecture design patterns, and Software Architecture.
Production experience
Expertise in Gen-AI \& MLOPs
Feature Store

CI/CD
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
