We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join the team at JK Lucent. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and building scalable, data-driven solutions.
In this role, you will:
Design and implement advanced AI/ML models to support strategic business objectives.
Write robust engineering-grade code that integrates seamlessly into production environments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into insights and drive measurable business outcomes
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and other relevant libraries.
2. Extract insights from complex data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
3. Design and implement data-driven solutions, including real-time and batch processing systems.
4. Collaborate with engineers to build scalable and efficient data pipelines.
5. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to serve machine learning models.
6. Work with databases, including data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.
7. Work with GitHub, Docker, and AWS to ensure smooth deployment and management of models.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML.
Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
2. Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries, including PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.
3. Experience with machine learning model development, deployment, and maintenance.
4. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
5. Experience with databases, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
6. Experience with GitHub, Docker, and AWS.
7. Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
8. Experience with real-time and batch processing systems.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
