We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands‑on development experience, a strong computer science foundation, and the ability to independently drive projects from concept to deployment. You should be passionate about learning new technologies and comfortable working across all layers of modern software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software development including system architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
Design and implement scalable front-end interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Build robust back-end services using Node.js, NestJS, Python, or Go.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching systems (Redis).
Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
Integrate CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps best practices.
Use AI-powered tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codeium to improve development efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure clean, maintainable code and high test coverage.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
About You
10+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, and system design.
Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experienced in cross-platform development using React Native and/or Flutter.
Deep knowledge of cloud computing, especially AWS services.
Comfortable working in Linux environments and performing basic infrastructure tasks.
Familiar with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Able to use AI tools effectively in development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Effective communicator in a distributed/remote team environment.
Good written and verbal English (technical documentation, daily standups, etc.).
Bonus Points
Background in fintech, medtech, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS platforms.
Experience in distributed systems or high-availability architectures.
Contribution to open-source projects or published technical blogs.
