We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst to join a fast-growing international e-commerce and logistics environment. In this role, you will work closely with finance, technology, and operations teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll design and maintain dashboards, automate reporting processes, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities. Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain in-house tools, dashboards, and reports to support finance and operational programs
Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, creating transparent processes for data usage
Manipulate and analyze large datasets using various analytical techniques, including descriptive, prescriptive, and exploratory analyses
Document processes, workflows, and maintain knowledge resources in internal documentation systems
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver insights and solutions that drive high ROI projects
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience extracting and processing data using SQL
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including advanced functions
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights between technical and non-technical teams
Professional-level English speaking and writing capability
Bonus: experience with data warehouses or large-scale analytics platforms
